I'm doing a Saturday morning weigh in, instead of a Sunday because we are going out to eat tonight and it's very likely I will be consuming OVER 2400 cals tonight. And, for the newbies who don't know - this day was indeed planned and I have one a month and have been in maintenance for over a year now - though, one might say I've be losing more than maintaining. LOL. I do think my weight has finally found it's sweet spot in the 127-132 lb. range for a while, and I'm absolutely fine with it. 129.2 is a typical number for me on Saturday morns, and the next day it usually ends up somewhere at 128.

Who knows, I might just do a weigh in tomorrow - just to see how much I fluctuate up on the scale after a big eat day. To be honest - I'm kinda curious. I haven't weighed in after a big meal day since those ole days of yore when I was in a deficit. Oh, and for the record - the 2400 cals was already allotted into weekly maintenance cals. This body is definitely ready for a "re-feed" day.
129.2 lb Lost so far: 80.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
