I can’t believe I didn’t put on any weight over the Thanksgiving weekend. I didn’t deny myself treats, but I was very aware how much I was consuming. So close to my first goal!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
