I guess all of my fun "hard work" yesterday paid off. We decided to take the boys hiking and spent about three hours total on different trails...at least thirty minutes of which, I had to give my littlest a piggy-back ride. We had a blast and in spite of my poor dinner choice, I have still managed to get off the pound I gained and then some! What a nice way to start my day. It has really encouraged me to stick with it! Especially the exercise...
