Today is a new day! I am NOT giving up! I have not been feeling well and have not stayed focused. We can't forget WHY we are doing this and lose heart! It sucks being honest sometimes but if we can't be honest here and are embarrassed then we will never reach our goals!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

You are SO right about the honesty! I think that is the key because in trying to deceive others we manage to deceive ouselves which only compounds the problem!

Good attitude. This is hard- really hard! But we make progress one day at a time. Just like the pounds we carry are results of once choice at a time we made which stinks to think of- so are the losses we get on the scale and smaller sizes- those too are results of making one choice and one decison to exercise, etc at a time. It will happen and you can do this!! The Lord has blessed you with many gifts and wants you to enjoy your life and be all you were created to be! Keep at it. I hope you are also thinking about what you are doing right in the big picture! Regular exercise, healthier food, improved attitude - these are all very positive things that will help you with those setbacks (which happen). Keep going.

Sometimes it takes a few "tries" to get on the right path with our eating plans. The important thing is to keep trying! Consider each false start to be a lesson in "what not to do" and learn from your mistakes. You'll be that much more prepared to do better the next time : ) You can do it!
