Well, once again i'm surprised that the scale showed a loss instead of the gain that I was expecting! It's a nice surprise though! :) I knew I hadn't been totally unfaithful to my diet, but knowing that I had cheated I thought for sure i'd be up this week. At least the scale is going down - even if the loss rate has slowed a bit. I can live with that :)
