I've been following my exercise routine religiously and my diet fairly well. I've indulged in a lot of splurges over the summer. I am now at a discouraging point in my journey as I am suffering two injuries. I have a mild back sprain, but a much more severe hip problem. I think it is tendonitis. I am not going to be able to run for a few days to see if I can get the inflammation to subside. This is so frustrating as running has much to do with my mental state and having an outlet to deal with my daily emotions. Hoping it doesn't set me back in other ways.
