Oooops my weight went they wrong direction this last week. I've been getting into some bad habits with my snacking. Plus the weekend was a disaster. Let's try turn this around this week.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
