Vacation last week. Tried to be as disciplined as my husband, but failed. Time to get serious. Birthday in 52 days. Aiming for 15 pounds by then....that's 7 weeks?....it's not IMPOSSIBLE.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
