Note to self: 2 days low carb/clean eating. 3 days gym: heavy weights. I don’t want to loose any more weight from today onwards. Next week I’ll start ramping up the calories to put on some “good weight” (until the end of December) 💪🏼
160.5 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 160.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
