I'm starting the challenge. I've lost 4 pounds since Tuesday. I know this rate of losing weight won't keep up, though.
I weighed myself this morning because our 10-30 pounds by Novenber starts today. I'm really excited about this challenge! Good luck to everyone
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
