I did better yesterday. Boy, I'm still battling feeling hungry, especially at night. Sigh! Well...I am used to eating like a pig and now, I'm trying to eat like a normal person.

If you know you get hungry at night, plan a light snack that will help keep you satisfied. Cereal is good or some form of protein. Good luck!
