YEAH! Down 8/10 of a pound today! I only wish I could lose a pound a day for the next 2 weeks! Then I would be at my goal weight or just under!
118.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1700 kcal Fat: 128.36g | Prot: 62.81g | Carb: 107.37g.   Breakfast: Canola Mayonnaise, Egg. Lunch: dofino havarti cheese, la tortilla low carb , pure pumpkin, Half & Half. Dinner: half & half darigld, atkins hazelnut, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Eggplant. Snacks/Other: Bold Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds, SUGAR FREE SALT WATER TAFFY. more...
