A new month, a new set of measurements!

Weight: 172.6 lb

Upper: 23.9 mm
Mid: 31.6 mm
Lower: 51.7 mm Body fat: 37.3%

Flexed bicep: 13.5" Upper arm: 13"
Chest: 36.5" Waist: 35.25"
Hips: 40.25" Upper leg: 24"
Calf: 15.5"

Pretty much down all around. Haven't been going to the gym much but my calorie intake has decreased.

172.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
