What a nice bday pressie to myself! Broke that plateau! Now a weekend in the city with my boys may change that, but I’ll try to stick to steak and seafood hahaha!!
134.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
