BINGO!!! So my first day back on "low carb" & I lost almost 2 pounds! No exercise yesterday, drank same amount of water, only difference was I ate only 23 net carbs versus the 200 or so carbs per day I had the past week. This is why I don't believe the "calories in/calories out theory! I believe some people are just carb intolerant.
