I seem to keep gaining and losing the same two pounds?! I’m still in ketosis and keeping my carbs below 20 net carbs every day. I’m stuck!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

happens to me frequently. I have tried a number of things but generally I find I have to adjust something ie cut my protein intake, go to two meals a day, increase my cardio to get back on a slow losing streak. It is frustrating but stick with it.
