kinda felt like i hit a small plateau.. so i rekindled some low carb recipes, and voila-- almost 2kgs down this week!

wonderfully suprised!
242.5 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
