Last evening I ate non-gmo chips. Net carbs each seving under 15g but had more than one serving. So yesterday was a carb day. Today so far I have only had coffee with coconut cream. I have fresh chicken and asparagus to cook today. And I have fresh organic spring mix so am not sure what's planned for today. I like to fast on Tuesdays from breakfast til breakfast Wednesday so maybe OMD today????????
229.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
