Down a couple more pounds!! Very happy. Still have a long way to go, but it is SOOO gratifying to see the weight start to come off. I am dreaming of the day when I can finally fit into a smaller size. I have a pile of "motivation" in my closet staring at me when I get dressed.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
