Woke up craving chocolate. I caved. Didn't have a lot, but I did have some. It wasn't a part of my plan for the day, but what can I do now? Anyway, not gonna call the day a total loss, I did pretty well otherwise. I do know that I need to get rid the left-over xmas candy sitting in the kitchen. Way too tempting when I am having one of these days!

That is a good idea - get rid of it. You may also try to have chocolate that has no sugar in it. Very dark chocolate or sugar free cocoa powder. A bit of sugar free cocoa in some whipped cream helps me sometimes SGreat that you had a pretty good day.

I bought fiber one bars that chocolate fudge brownies it on has 90cal. It helps when I need the kick of sweets
