I got off track a little last week. I was eating lunch meat and I think it must contain added sugar. I wasn't losing weight and I felt "different." I had a "carb day" I ate some watermelon and a bran muffin, nothing crazy, but Still I gained five pounds and then finally lost it in the past four days. What a crazy week! I will definitely be more careful about lunch meat.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You might try looking into Boar's Head. They offer much more nutritious luncheon meats than other company's. And you can check out their information online, which to me is a wonderful perk for preplanning.
