Yeah! 7 pounds in January!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1634 kcal Fat: 63.26g | Prot: 104.84g | Carb: 174.74g.   Breakfast: coffee, Diesel whey protein, pineapple, grapes, caribbean flavour mixed fruit. Lunch: curry barley chicken pilaf, 3 Cheese Pizza Shredded Cheese. Dinner: date dessert, croutons, egg, salad dressing, salad, tomato, turkey breast, diced ham. Snacks/Other: peanut butter, coke zero, just minis muesli. more...
