I went to Medi Weight Loss, which is a low carb diet that limits you to
750 calories a day, You eat meat, 2 1/2 cup servings of cooked vegies or 1 cup of salad and one 1/2 cup se4rving of vegies cook, or 2 cups of salad. You may have fruit but if you do it counts as one of your vegie choices. I was 270 and lost 96 pounds in six months to the day~~.. it works... I went on to loose 110 pounds.. and then I have crept back up but if I could get serious, I could be back in good shape fast... I am having a hard time getting focused... This was my second time in this life to looose 100 pounds and I do not want to go back there. My cholestrol is great my blood sugar was 240ish with a pump and today it was 105!!!!! Why cant I focus and do what I know works... why why why...
I love cabs!@! and I am just about alergic to them!!! I am hoping that this site might help me see some succes!!! I can do this and being a heart patient I need to make it happen!!!
