Not eating enough food because what I do eat is satisfying to me. Since traveling and funeral for brother-in-law are over, hope to get back on track and migrate into Atkins Phase 2. At 62, being able to loose almost 10 pounds in four weeks is amazing. For me Atkins is the way (weigh) ha, ha to go. Have done it at least once a decade since the seventies and pretty much have kept off 70 pounds except for those pesky 15 to 20 that keep reappearing when I let myself become a sugarholic. I also like wine and margaritas alot, which is a difficult problem for me because family and friends all like their cocktails. Not this time I don't think ( I hope), because I really feel so much better when I low-carb and after being severely warned about type 2 diabetes it's kind of no-brainer---I like the food, I like how I feel so I believe maybe I can truly make a life style change.
122.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
