I need to make healthier food choices and stop eating the fattening junk like chips and subs pizza and cheesy beefy. My only wish is to be a size0-5 the way I was when I was 28 size 8 doesn't cut it and I look like a pig my boyfriend calls me fatso and my x dumped me because I gained 85 pounds.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You are worth more than your weight. Your weight doesn't define who you are as a person. Do this for yourself and to feel good and look good.

That is a nice thing to say, gaining weight has really messed up my self esteem. Who cares what he says anyways, he can be such a mean drunk sometimes.
