Had two glasses of wine each day for four days and gained 4lb...calories deficit was almost 800 each day. Go figure!
221.1 lb Lost so far: 25.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't get that either. If u keep ur calories under why does wine make u gain wait. But it does. Same thing happened to me.
