I'm starting a detox today to see if any of the weight I am carrying is down to water retention. it's going to be tough for the next 4weeks. i know I do have water retention but have never been able to shift it.
160.1 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 September 2019:
883 kcal Fat: 32.45g | Prot: 55.65g | Carb: 86.02g.   Breakfast: Green Tea, Morrisons Porridge Oats (40g), Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Cabbage , Carrots (without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) . Dinner: Asda Rainbow Rice, Baked or Grilled Salmon. Snacks/Other: Twinings Pure Peppermint Tea, Innocent Super Smoothie Invigorate, By Sainsbury's Unsalted Nut Selection. more...

How do you detox?

It's called the waterfall diet. Water retention can be the result of food allergies so the idea is that you remove common allergy foods from your diet for 4 weeks then slowly reintroduce. You know if it's working at apparently you wee a lot 😂 No calorie counting but you to remove a lot of 'nice' food. no dairy, sugar/honey/sweetners, wheat, caffeine, alcohol, salt. Certainly means no chocolate, cake, biscuits, bread, cheese, milk etc etc.
