kinda of bummed out, i know that last sunday n monday my mom came up so i hate kinda unhealthy those two days.. but i worked out n out good all the others day. i am actually really bummed out,
283.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
