1/24/13 in ABQ, ate dinner with mary-ann and ate ahi salad with ginger vinererette dressing with some strange soy pods and wasabi things i tried to pick out....

on 1/25/13, 3 eggs (one whole, 2 whites)...for lunch we ate at Sadies...i did eat 2 corn chips with salsa and had a bed of lettue with ground beef. the beef was cooked with potatoes, i picked them out, but prob ate a bit of it, as well as the beef probably being fatty......also indulged in the red chili sauce, mmmmmmmmm..........dinner, ate part of the subway chicken salad i got......red wine vinegar.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
