I am tired of feeling tired and miss feeling fit. When I was eating well and working out daily, I have never looked better, or felt better. I guess depriving myself of the things I am so used to eating and I tell myself I'm craving and need (whether I NEED them or not is still debatable) leaves me in a dangerous situation when I am presented or tempted with these danger foods. So I probably have over indulged the last couple weeks, and with an injury not being about to remain active, I have gained a couple pounds. I have said it since day one and recognize that it will always be my downfall; I am indulgent person.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can start anytime hope you get a boost of energy soon I know what that feels like and it can drag on for a while... so kick start it up have a healthy evening.
