After 2 weeks holiday in Rhodes (All Inclusive) lots of beers, food and sweet treats. Time to ramp up the gym workouts and loose what I put on. 😉💪🏼
169.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 169.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
