New breakfast:
Coffee w/stevia and 2T Premier Protein instead of creamer
1/2c. Cottage cheese, grape tomatoes, fresh chopped basil and 1tsp balsamic vinegar
Fruit (like a halo)

Been meal prepping lunches like ground turkey cauliflower burrito bowls or shrimp cauliflower fried rice, usually add a fruit if still hungry

Eating lots more fruit, veg, and drinking water or unsweetened tea
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
