Was surprised to be a pound down because I was stuck at a kids birthday party with all junk food, not even bottled water, and ended up eating pizza, cake, and Diet Pepsi

New breakfast:
Coffee w/stevia and 2T Premier Protein instead of creamer
1/2c. Cottage cheese, grape tomatoes, fresh chopped basil and 1tsp balsamic vinegar
Fruit (like a halo)
Been meal prepping lunches like ground turkey cauliflower burrito bowls or shrimp cauliflower fried rice, usually add a fruit if still hungry
Eating lots more fruit, veg, and drinking water or unsweetened tea
