Tummy bug Friday and this weekend. Still feeling a bit under the weather and retaining ater. Blisters on my tongue... I still lost 1 pound for the biggest loser contest (yea).

I didn't feel like cooking or anything all weekend. Hopefully I'll be better soon.

293.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 143.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 3.5 lb a week

Hi Chatterbug, I too had that bug and have finally got back to tracking. Hope you can come back too. It is comforting knowing someone else has the same challenges as I do.
