Weight went down 6 lbs and then up 1 and holding. My bodies typical reaction to weight loss. Down up a bit and hold..... then after a couple days down a bit more, and up and hold. I am happy with my 5 lbs loss as long as it doesn't go back up!
I have been working hard to stay on track. I am mostly doing ok! I signed up for realplans.com which has great menu planning tools. Loving that website!

Haven't been here for ages! Started the Paleo lifestyle. I was 332 last month. I managed to get down to 325-328. Last week I was semi-Paleo. Getting my feet wet so to speak. Yesterday I got on the scale and hit 320.6..... wow... not sure how exactly, but I will take it. This morning it 319.6. yea!
I am 50 years old, I have a pending surgery, a leaky valve and I need to get contorl of my life. So here we go....... again.

I am starting on Paleo. I did lots of cooking this weekend so I'm ready to go. No flour, no sugar, no processed foods. I am trying to decide if I need to do the Autoimmune version or just regular paleo. I will start with regular but may need to move to the AIP version.
