Body fat 31% (according to scale) =69lbs Ouch.
First body fat % goal = 25%

My first goal weight and body fat % goal should coincide if I don't lose very much muscle in the weight loss process.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
