Day 5 of the reset - Ketobiotic

Today I wasnt as nearly as hungry as I was the first 3 days.

I didnt eat until about 1:30p, but only ate bc I was looking at food porn.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
