its hard sticking to the 5:2 diet but I am trying. Today was my stop day but got tempted by the mince lamb curry!! Did not realise how many calories there were in that... so this week, Wednesday and Thursday will have to be my stop days as tomorrow going out. Happy with weight loss though :)
152.8 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
