Great time in NOLA with my BFF's! I needed an extra day to recoup. I didn't over do it food wise. But I can just imagine the calories I consumed in all the alcohol we drank. And there was A LOT of it!!
186.8 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
