Despite my fears of holding steady I posted a little bit of a loss. I am so proud of myself, and it's amazing how much of a motivator even a little loss can be. I'm ready and rarin' to go today, and I look forward to posting an entry tonight about the GREAT day I've had!
237.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
