Very happy with today's 1.5 lbs. While total calories were good each day this week, too many of them came from nutritionally weak sources. I think I'm going to set a goal to avoid some of those types of foods next week (excluding cheat day Sunday of course.)
330.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
