Time to adjust my daily calories again. I've lost about 15 lbs since I did it last time and based on the various calorie calculators, I need around 100 less calories a day. The new goals are going to be:
The new calorie goals are:
1800 Monday
2200 Tuesday
1800 Wednesday
2200 Thursday
1800 Friday
1200 Saturday
3200 Sunday
That is an average of 2271 calories/day.
