Im going to try and get the one week supply I have bought to last for a week and half!
that way it 's not gonna cost too much for me and I will use three shakes ' soups / porridges for three days then add in a cuppa soup and then a vegatable meal at tea time then gradualy bring in normal food when I m nearly at my ideal weight AGAIN
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
