I am back and fatter than ever.

I've missed my buddies on here and am in need of support.

Sigh...I re-started my diet for the 30th time today...and I'm going to get this weight off...

215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 25.0 lb. Diet followed N/A.

gaining 1.4 lb a week

that's the spirit... kind of lol you can definitely do this :) b/c you already did lose weight before. maybe joining some of the challenges on here will help to motivate you? idk just an idea :)
