One aspect of weight loss for me is if I am stressed with my work. Yesterday , my stress meter was pegged out, I usually lose my appetite. As a consequence, i lost about 6 lbs. I still ate enough to not be hungry, but I would prefer an unstressed environment.
207.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

same here. eating anything is the last thing on my mind when Im stressed. no appetite.

youtube lazy.yoga.. its amazing..tried it for the first time and it was a good stress relief with mild slow streches..
