well, today I went back on the hydroxycut bandwagon. I figure since it's in the cupboard anyway I may as well give it another go. Since the last time I was on it I've changed my diet pretty dramatically. No regular pop, very little pasta n such that isnt rice based. This could be an interesting experiment.
