Stuck right now. Not going up but not down either. Love to know more about your intermittent fasting!

basically you want to Fast from when you last ate dinner..(or in my case the chips and ice cream like at 8:30 pm) until your next meal for at least 16 hrs.

i usually get hungry at about 9;30 am but thats only 13 hrs, so i try to push even another hour out..and gradually over the next few days I get it pushed to 12:00.

each hr you wait, potentially the better it is for you. some people can fast with only water for like 5 to 7 days!

I'm with you on the chips and ice cream at 8:30pm😉. So bit by bit you lengthen the time between. Worth a try. Coffee OK? That's my morning addiction.

yep, coffee ok, any cream or sugar..your body will use for fuel before going to your fat stores, but I cant go without my creamer! if you go out, just bring low calorie fillers to make it through if you cant take it anymore. like a big apple or a cucumber.

yes .please do! and try to lower carbs to like one meal if you can. lots of boring vegetables, boil em fry em, spin em, dry em..whatever you can do to fill up.
