Well not too bad considering how much I ate yesterday. Let's just say that I was starving all day! I think I took in twice my RDI. I guess that a fast was not what my body needed right now. I lost nothing. But since I ate yesterday my bowels seems to be moving. I'm feeling less backed up.
So now the plan is to stay the course. Do what I know works and wait for my bady to get moving agian. I do need to watch the evening snacking. Also I'm ging to keep an eye on my nut consumption. Keep trying to get in the water and try to get moving!
