Oh man. Had a rather unplanned weekend which led to unplanned eating. Gained 2.5 lbs... DARNIT! But, I know I can take it back off with some focused eating habits. =)
233.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.4 lb a week

you can do it...do a couple extra reps tomorrow night...it will leave...no sweat

The secret (Fat Secret -- that is) is to "get back on the bike and ride." I skip rope for exercise every once in a while -- just to get my heart rate up. When I miss a step - I don't stop and quit altogether. Instead, I start the rope again. The same is true with your weight loss. Jyust start on up again and YOU'LL DO FINE!

OH! I totally forgot to tell everyone about the 'fun' exercise hubby and I got to do this weekend. On Saturday, we went for a bike ride! We checked out a local bike trail and went for about a half hour ride. Of course my hubby is more in shape than I am, not to mention my bike is set up for the bike trailer so I was towing my 2 yr. old behind me. I made it up all the hills but did have to stop at the top of 2 of them to catch my breath. We got back to our van just in time for a down pour of rain. Then on Sunday we took our canoe to a local park that has a nice lake and went for a spin around the lake a couple of times. It's a good thing we went for our bike ride...Can you imagine my weight increase had we not? =) Anyway, I felt proud of myself for succeeding in making these 2 activities happen. My husband likes to spend his weekends 'catching up on rest'. But, I keep reminding him that our daughter is only this small ONCE and we can't let the sunny days pass us by. Before we know it, winter and rain will be here!

well that must be your weight gain! you muscles are prob sore and strong from all that work, kudos for you!!! EAT RIGHT and you will for sure have a good loss this week!

The bike ride and the canoing sound like so much fun! Keep hubby motivated like that and you will drop those 2.5 pounds and many more in no time!! What a great way to spend some family time! Good job!!
