890 kcal Fat: 41.25g | Prot: 71.69g | Carb: 66.78g.   Breakfast: meijer organic egg, Mushrooms , Green Peppers , Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: classic caesar kraft, feta crumbles athenos, clint's salsa, jalapeno, cucumber, Organic Romaine Heart Leaves, Mushrooms, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner: meijer frozen stir fry vegetables, mushroom, swanson chicken broth, lipton onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup campbell's, chicken breast meijer. Snacks/Other: Habanero BBQ Almonds, Apples . more...
